KUALA LUMPUR: The trial of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s civil suit against former Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Abdul Rahim Noor, the Home Minister and the Government could end with an out-of-court settlement.
The hint of such a likelihood was given by Anwar’s lawyer Gobind Singh Deo after he asked for the trial to be adjourned by the High Court yesterday due to some “new developments.”
