KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim told the High Court here that he was seeking a public apology from former Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Abdul Rahim Noor, the Home Minister and Government to him and his family for what happened during his custody seven years ago.
Anwar, 58, who was called as the first witness in the suit filed by him against Rahim and two others, said it was important for them to accept and recognise what they did to him and his family was absolutely uncalled for, unwarranted and wrong.
