PENANG: A father is furious that his daughter was allowed to leave National Service camp with a stranger without his knowledge.
School gardener Saad Budin, 53, said he learnt from a police constable on July 25 that his adopted daughter Norsuriani Azimi, 18, left the NS camp in Machang Bubok on July 18 with a young man who claimed to be her uncle.
