PRETORIA (South Africa): "No, no, no, no," - that was the reply given by International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Rafidah Aziz when reporters approached her over the continuing Approved Permit controversy.

She declined to say anything on the issues raised by Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad Tuesday.

When asked if there was a misunderstanding, Rafidah said: "God is my witness."

Pressed for further comment, she told reporters to redirect their questions to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.
