KUCHING: Sarawak police have busted an illegal horse-betting syndicate operating from a house in Taman Sin Lian Hin in Jalan Nanas here that is believed to have international links.
State Commissioner of Police Deputy Comm Datuk Talib Jamal said they picked up the 50-year-old house owner and three others on Saturday.
