PENANG: Loans totalling RM12.6mil have been granted to 90 caged-fish and aquaculture farmers here in a bid to revive the tsunami-hit industry.
Chief Minister Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon said it was important to revive the industry, as Penang was the second-largest caged-fish producer in the country after Selangor.
