SHAH ALAM: Several international and large local companies were caught using pirated or unlicensed software and their directors are liable to be hauled up in court.
State Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry director Abdul Rosik Yakub said such companies made up half of the 13 companies raided by ministry officers this year, which resulted in seizures of RM6.3mil worth of illegal software.
