KUANTAN: A 44-year-old man was detained after he allegedly had sex with a 13-year-old girl.
The man, who was the girl’s neighbour in Seremban, is said to have had sex twice with the girl there, and a third time at Kemayan in Bera early this month, according to the state CID chief Acting Asst Comm T. Narenasagaran.
