KUANTAN: A two-year-old toddler died after he was flung against a car dashboard from the baby seat when his mother lost control of her car at a sharp bend in Raub yesterday.
State public order and traffic chief Supt Baharuddin Sarbaini said Garick Chin Khai Hung was placed in the baby seat but the safety belt was not fastened.
