KUALA LUMPUR: Tourists should protect themselves from unscrupulous tour agents by only engaging licensed agents, said Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (Matta).
Newly-elected president Ngiam Foon said although the packages provided by unlicensed agents might be cheaper, they usually did not include insurance cover.
