JOHOR BARU: Kluang residents who had not been getting their water supply regularly since several months ago should not be billed, said Mahkota assemblyman Datuk Gapar Gorrohu.
In fact, they should be compensated by Syarikat Air Johor, the concessionaire for the state water supply, for the hardship they had to endure during the period, he said at the state assembly yesterday.
