VICTIMS of gangsterism in schools, provided they are not the source of conflict, are covered under the Government’s Personal Accident group insurance schemes.
Finance Ministry parliamentary secretary Datuk Hilmi Yahaya told Datuk Abdul Rahim Bakri (BN – Kudat) and Razali Che Mamat (BN – Kuala Krai) that children hit by non-insured vehicles could also claim compensation under the Motor Insurance Liability Bureau.
