IPOH: Fever and lack of oxygen were listed as the causes of death of Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) hostel supervisor Mohd Shahril Othman in the jungles of Gerik last Saturday.
His elder brother Zamzuri Othman, 33, said these two causes were stated in Mohd Shahril’s death certificate.
