KUALA LUMPUR: MCA deputy minister Datuk Kong Cho Ha is used to getting calls at all hours, but there was one call on Tuesday which left him momentarily stunned.
The Deputy Science, Technology and Innovation Minister was told that his picture had appeared prominently in the obituary section of a Chinese newspaper to commemorate his first death anniversary.
