ALOR STAR: A 19-year-old pasar malam VCD trader and officers from the Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry have filed police reports over a scuffle that left the vendor and an enforcement officer bruised.
Trader Muhammad Junaidi Shuib also claimed his nose was fractured after being hit with a handcuff by one of the officers in the incident in Jitra, near here, on Saturday.
