MALACCA: Bukit Katil division Youth chief Chua Kheng Hwa is likely to become the next Malacca MCA Youth chief after incumbent Datuk Soon Tian Szu announced early this month that he would not seek re-election.
It is learnt that the six division Youth chiefs in the state had met twice to draw out a settlement between them and reached a consensus that 44-year-old civil engineer Chua would take over the helm.
