PETALING JAYA: With only 17% to 25% of traffic offenders being brought to book now, the Transport Ministry is planning to implement an electronic enforcement system to raise the figures.
The ministry aims to get at least 95% of violators to be on par with global best practices, said Deputy Transport Minister Datuk Douglas Uggah Embas.
