BATU GAJAH: Shunned by public transport operators, the town’s bus and taxi terminal at Jalan Gopeng here has been turned into a commercial zone for used-car companies.
“Rather than let it sit as a white elephant, we have turned the terminal into a used-car sales centre to generate income for us,” said Kinta Barat District Council secretary Abdul Khir Ahmad.
