KUALA LUMPUR: The corruption trial of Tan Sri Kasitah Gaddam, which has been delayed for more than two years, is set to be heard in November.
Justice Abdull Hamid Embong said the trial of the former Land and Co-operative Development Minister would go on regardless of whether the prosecution succeeded in transferring Datuk Wasli Mohd Said’s case from the Kota Kinabalu High Court to be jointly heard here. Wasli is facing a charge of bribing Kasitah.
