KOTA BARU: Kelantan cannot stop artistes from performing for the people, as it is the masses’ right to watch and enjoy such shows.
Culture, Arts and Heritage Minister Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim said even the Police Act, which superseded state enactments, allowed the gathering of people to see cultural performances so long as they did not contain sinful elements.
