THE other day I had lunch with the CEO of a large contracting and engineering company. 

It was a bright sunny day with a blue sky. From the restaurant, you could see the gleaming Petronas Twin Towers and the skyscraper skyline of the Golden Triangle and beyond that the hills of Hulu Klang and, at another angle, the condominiums of affluent Bangsar.
