PUTRAJAYA: The High Court that convicted businessman Alex Wong Teck Choy for shooting and killing a spare-parts shop assistant in 2002 had erred when it accepted the evidence of the victims sister-in-law, the Court of Appeal heard yesterday.
Wongs counsel Datuk Muhammad Shafee Abdullah said the judge accepted the testimony of Tan Lee Kian despite it contradicting the pathologist evidence.
