KUALA LUMPUR: The Royal Commission to Enhance the Operation and Management of the Royal Malaysia Police has recommended that an independent body be set up to oversee the force and deal with misconduct.
This was one of the 125 recommendations the commission made in its 433-page report, which will be released to the public on Monday.
