SHAH ALAM: Charges of environmental degradation against two Sarawak companies pertaining to land that they own in U10 near Bukit Cahaya Seri Alam Agriculture Park have been dropped.
Deputy Public Prosecutor Sallehuddin Saidin applied in a Sessions Court yesterday to withdraw the summons on Kuching-based Lunar Hati Sdn Bhd and Indi Makmur Sdn Bhd pending new development.
