Kajang satay firm pleads guilt to discharging toxic effluents

KUALA LUMPUR: A company known for its satay business in Kajang pleaded guilty in the Ampang Sessions Court to discharging toxic effluents containing chemicals in June last year. 

Haji Samuri & Sons Enterprise Sdn Bhd, which is behind the “Haji Samuri” satay brand, was represented by its production and operations manager, Sofian Samuri, 32.
