KOTA KINABALU: Help is on the way for six of the poorest districts in the state through the proposed Northern Sabah Regional Development Authority (NSRDA).
The Rural and Regional Development Ministry is waiting for the green light from the state government before proceeding with the plan, which would be similar to the authorities in Penang, Terengganu, Kelantan and Kedah.
