KUALA LUMPUR: Business slowed down at many petrol stations yesterday, the first day of the fuel price increases, in sharp contrast to the rush by motorists to fill up on Wednesday night.
In a bid to allay fears that more increases are on the way, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said the Government would monitor public reaction before embarking on further price increases of petroleum products.
