MALACCA: A 24-year-old unemployed Singaporean was charged in the High Court yesterday with the murder of his Taiwanese neighbour in her condominium unit here last year.
Kelvyn John allegedly caused the death of 42-year-old Lin Fang Chu by slashing her with a knife at 11-1, Ambai Block of Golden Coast Condominium in Klebang at 10am on Oct 19.
