PENANG: Many small and medium-scale industries (SMIs) are not joining the government's trade missions abroad because they think these trips are only for big companies.
They are not keen to join the trade missions although the trips are heavily subsidised, said Deputy International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Mah Siew Keong.
