PUTRAJAYA: Barisan Nasional retains the Pandamaran state seat as the Federal Court has dismissed an appeal by the DAP candidate against the Election Court's decision to reject his petition to nullify the result for the seat in last year's general election.

In dismissing Tee Boon Hock's appeal with costs, Chief Judge of Sabah and Sarawak Justice Steve Shim, and Federal Court Justices Pajan Singh Gill and Alauddin Mohd Sheriff unanimously held that the Election Court judge's view was correct in law.
