THE state plans to centralise the swiftlet breeding business for better management of the industry as the bird rearers are now operating from various places, including shophouses and homes and near food premises.
Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Tajol Rosli Ghazali said monitoring and enforcement of regulations would also be easier if the business was centralised.
