PENANG: Knowles Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd, the electronics factory in Bayan Lepas where a diesel spill caused more than 80 workers to be sent to hospital, has been ordered to shut down for the second time in five days.
The Penang Occupational Safety and Health Department (DOSH) issued the order after more than 10 workers were admitted to hospital on Tuesday after inhaling diesel fumes that had been spread by the air-conditioning system.
