KUALA LUMPUR: The national service programme may help reduce the number of teenage drug addicts, according to a non-governmental organisation (NGO) involved in the rehabilitation of addicts.
Persatuan Pengasih Malaysia (Pengasih) president Mohamed Yunus Pathi said he was confident that following the implementation of the NS programme, there would be fewer teenage drug addicts compared to before the NS programme.
