KUALA LUMPUR: More than 80% of Malaysians drivers believe they will not be caught when they commit road offences.
A recent survey by Universiti Putra Malaysia revealed that the risk-taking behaviour included beating red lights, speeding, driving too closely to the car in front, overtaking dangerously and cutting queues at emergency lanes.
