PUTRAJAYA: Wisma Putra is checking on reports that 25 Malaysian fishermen have been detained by Indonesian authorities for alleged encroachment into the republic’s waters.
Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar said he was told the fishermen were actually fishing in Malaysian territory.
