PETALING JAYA: In the wake of the recent spate of road rage cases, the Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF) has called for more awareness campaigns to guide people on how to take charge of their personal safety.
At the same time, a psychologist said road bullies were angry people with a “poor mentality.”
