THE Arumugam Pillai Technical Institute in Nibong Tebal, Penang, was given prominent space in the Tamil press, with the Human Resources Ministry urging it to publicise its courses to the Indian community.
Tamil Nesan and Malaysia Nanban said Indian students would have applied for courses at the institute if there was sufficient publicity about it, especially in the Tamil dailies.
