KUALA LUMPUR: Monday marks the spring equinox, a day when the sun is directly over the Equator, but Malaysia will not be unusually hot over the weekend.
Meteorological Services Department director-general Chow Kok Kee said Malaysia would not experience any significant temperature change during the equinox as the country was already located near the Equator.
