PETALING JAYA: It has been years since Malaysian Philip Wong helped design the Formula One and FIA logos, but he still gets immense satisfaction every time he sees them on television or in the newspapers.
“I am glad that most of the work we did for Bernie (Ecclestone) is still in use today. The Formula One logo is a global icon that still adorns every champagne-sprayed winners' podium,” said Wong, 50, who is the managing director of the London-based design agency Carter Wong Tomlin.
