KUCHING: More than 200 rural libraries and clinics nationwide now have information technology (IT) facilities and Internet connection with the completion of the second phase of an Energy, Water and Communications Ministry project.
Under the Universal Service Provision (USP) project, 176 libraries and 50 clinics have been provided with an office telephone, two public telephones, two computers, a scanner and a laser printer.
