PRANK calls to the Selangor Fire and Rescue Department have reduced over the past one year with the use of the central incoming call and integrated monitoring systems, China Press reported.
Quoting department director Amir Yusof, the daily reported that the number had reduced from 170 calls in 2003 to 149 last year.
