Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) vice-chancellor Datuk Prof Dr Mohd Zulkifli Mohd Ghazali said earthquake risks could no longer be ignored as residents in high-rise buildings in Selayang and Penang felt the tremors from the Dec 26 earthquake in Aceh.
