KUALA LUMPUR: The owner of a massage parlour in the city’s golden triangle escaped with just a fine after he pleaded guilty to harbouring five illegal immigrants.
Goh Kwan Poh was fined RM5,500 by the magistrate for each of the foreign women he had harboured at the Healing Hand Holistic Acupoint and Reflexology Therapy Centre.
