PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal will decide tomorrow on the prosecution’s appeal against the acquittal of engineer Hanif Basree Abdul Rahman from a murder charge.
The court set the date after hearing submissions by DPP Tun Abdul Majid Tun Hamzah and counsel V. Sithambaram yesterday.
