KUALA LUMPUR: The prosecution is appealing against the acquittal of former national athletics coach C. Ramanathan from charges of molesting two teenage athletes.
Attorney-General Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail said he had given the green light on Wednesday to file the notice of appeal and the papers were filed yesterday.
