PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has rejected an application by a deputy public prosecutor to get an additional judgment from the trial judge who acquitted murder accused Hanif Basree Abdul Rahman.
Justice Mokhtar Sidin said the court was not in favour of the application because it was tantamount to asking the judge to write another judgment.
