KUALA LUMPUR: Those wanting to make donations to victims in tsunami-hit Indonesia should consult the Non-Government Organisations conducting relief work there to ensure their funds and goods were put to good use, said Rotary District Governor-elect Datuk Jimmy Lim.
Lim, who came back from Melauboh on Saturday, said the authorities and NGOs were now moving into the rehabilitation phase and were no longer doing only relief work.
