PUTRAJAYA: The biggest challenge facing future infrastructure growth is the need to develop new approaches to balance development with environmental protection, Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said.
The Prime Minister lamented the fact that environmental protection programmes and sustainable approaches to development had been met with apathy by some and outright resistance by others.
