KUCHING: Parti Rakyat Sarawak (PRS) has set rural development as its top priority to help bridge rural-urban disparities.
The partys first president Datuk Dr James Masing said rural areas in the state were lagging behind in all aspects of development and were generally poor compared to the better-developed urban sector.
