SOME farmers in Kapar, Klang, were upset when they found out that the land they were working on had been transferred to a man with a Datuk title and his relatives, China Press reported.
The farmers made the discovery after the state Land Office rejected their quit rent payment for a 16.19ha plot of land, which they had been farming under the temporary occupational licence (TOL).
